I need a woman to break me out of my shell Hi, I am a shy, socially awkward male seeking a woman with a similar disposition, or a tolerance, for someone like myself.

I have Avoidance Personality Disorder, but I am looking to slowly dip my feet into the waters of the dating scene. I am searching for a woman for friendship or dating. No big commitment, at least in the beginning.

One of my self perceived curses is that although I am 41 years old, I appear to be in my late 20's. It kind of bugs me, but when girls tell me I look 27, I can't help but feel good sometimes.

I consider myself highly educated, as I have a bachelors degree from a major private university in Philadelphia, as well as work experience with a Fortune 100 healthcare company. However, with my "personality disorder", and because I worked among aggressive sales people/account managers, it was difficult for me to work in that environment. I now trade stocks at my parent's home, and it keeps me occupied and suits my personality perfectly. But it does get lonely and boring at times.

I am looking to make a change and leave my comfort zone, and I'm hoping that by meeting the right female companion I will develop the confidence to live life to the fullest. Last year was a time for deep introspection and self discovery, so I have decided that I would cherish the opportunity to meet with a like minded woman and start enjoying life. I have been blessed with many opportunities, and I want to take advantage of the opportunity to connect with like minded women who I would not have had a chance to meet prior to social networking!
